So how would I know if Gum Disease has already Started?

Do you have red, swollen, bleeding gums when brushing or flossing,

persistent bad breath,

loose teeth, receding gums,

and gaps appearing between teeth?

What if the biggest threat to your smile is invisible and painless?

Or have they already started and you just don’t know about it.

Because the scary thing about gum disease is,

they start painlessly and almost unnoticeably.

” How Does Gum Disease Start? “

Gum disease starts when “plaque“,

a bacteria, forms on teeth from food particles and sugars.

If not removed by daily brushing and flossing, plaque hardens into tartar.

Plauqe contains many different bacteria that can potentially infect your gums.

Early stages of gum disease are reversible.

Gum disease can damage structural support around your teeth.

Eventually tooth loss.

“But does daily brushing & flossing mean that I won’t get gum disease?”

Daily brushing and flossing does mean a low probability of gum disease.

But even with brushing only cleans approximately 60% of tooth surfaces,

leaving the remaining 40% uncleaned,

primarily the areas between teeth and under the gumline.

It’s like vacuuming the house without moving the furniture.

Flossing removes plaque between teeth where brushes can’t reach.

“Then How Do I Stop Gum Disease, For Good?”

Flossing and using TEPE brushes (Interdental brushes) does help and lower the chances of gum disease.

You can control and prevent gum disease through good oral hygiene at home or through regular dental checkups.

How else would you know that you have plaque/tartar on your teeth

unless you get a dental checkup?

You probably realise that bad breath and yellow teeth

affect more than just your appearance.

They can lead to insecurity, low confidence,

and even impact how well you perform

in your personal and professional life.

Whether you are going to a wedding, graduation,

or an award ceremony,

making sure you have a bright smile and a fresh breath.

And that’s attractive to others.

You want to look and feel your best for photos

and special moments you want to always remember.

Healthy teeth also keep your whole body healthier.

“It’s ok, I’ll just get a checkup later.”

Gum disease is losing structural support around your teeth which can cause tooth loss.

The earlier you detect hidden problems, the better.

Oral health is also linked to overall health,

as bacteria from gum disease can enter the bloodstream and harm overall health

Gum disease is associated with risks of heart disease,

stroke, alzheimer’s, and other systemic long term health issues (cancer).

“ So what’s included in this Limited Time Offer promotion? ”

The goal of treatment is to thoroughly clean the pockets around teeth and prevent damage to surrounding gum tissue and bone.

What do I get?

Panorama OPG (Orthopantomogram) Imaging X-Ray

It takes a quick and easy picture of all your oral health (teeth, jaws, and bones) in one big image. You can also request to get a copy of your x-ray (via email). The machine uses a safe, low-dose X-ray, so the scan doesn’t hurt and doesn’t take long.

This scan helps the dentist to quickly, easily and safely find problems like:

🦷 See teeth that haven’t come in yet (like wisdom teeth)

🦷 Find problems like infections, missing teeth, or bone loss

🦷 Check for problems like jawbone issues, impacted wisdom teeth showing the full relationship between teeth and jaw which you can’t see in a normal exam.

🦷 It also detects distant, hidden, or developing problems outside the focused area.

It’s very helpful for planning things like braces, implants, or taking out teeth.

It helps keep your mouth healthy by catching problems early

What do I get?

A Full Detailed Dental Check Up

You get a full dental check-up to keep your mouth healthy and strong.

The dentist will:

🦷 Go through the OPG X-Ray and do a consultation.

🦷 Check for cavities, sore gums, and signs of infection.

🦷 Check your fillings or crowns (if you have any) to make sure they’re okay.

It’s a great way to catch problems early and keep your smile bright before they turn into a nightmare!

What do I get?

Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste, floss daily, limit sugary foods, and avoid tobacco. Proper technique and regular routines are key.

Bacteria in plaque produce acids from sugars that erode teeth and inflame gums. Poor hygiene, diet, smoking, and some medical conditions increase risk.
  7.  Why do my teeth feel sensitive to hot or cold?
Sensitivity may result from worn enamel, gum recession, cavities, or exposed dentin. Toothpaste designed for sensitivity and avoiding harsh brushing help.
  8.  Are dental X-rays safe?
Modern dental X-rays use very low radiation doses and are safe when done appropriately to diagnose hidden problems.
  9.  Can I whiten my teeth safely?
Yes, professional dental whitening is safest and most effective. Avoid unregulated products to prevent damage.
