We provide Service Warranty for the following dental treatments for the specified period.
1 ) Composite resin (white) fillings – 1 year warranty (unless mentioned otherwise by dentist)
We will repair or replace fillings at no extra charge during warranty period
What is Covered?
- In the event of chipping of recent tooth restoration,
- We will either repair or replace damaged tooth restoration
2) Back Tooth Crowns / PORCELAIN Restorations – 2 year warranty
We will either repair or replace damaged tooth restoration at no cost during warranty period
What is Covered?
- In the event of chipping of recent tooth restoration,
- We will either repair or replace damaged tooth restoration at no cost during warranty period
3) Porcelain Tooth restoration – 2 year warranty
We will either repair or replace damaged tooth restoration
What is Covered?
- In the event of chipping of recent tooth restoration,
- We will either repair or replace damaged tooth restoration at no cost during warranty period
4) Front Tooth Porcelain Veneers – 2 year warranty
We will either repair or replace damaged tooth restoration
What is Covered?
- In the event of chipping or de-bonding of recent tooth restoration,
- We will either repair or replace damaged tooth restoration at no cost during warranty period
5) Dental Implant
2 years warranty
Condition : Patient is to return for every 6 monthly routine check up and yearly X-ray taking
What is Not Covered under our Warranty ?
Biological or behavioural failures
- Such as chipping of a tooth restoration due to accidental chewing on stone chip or bone, etc
Your Responsibility (failure to comply will void warranty)
- Attend your recommended active maintenance appointments (minimum every 6 months unless otherwise stated) and have any recommended exams and x-rays completed.
- Follow recommended instructions for maintaining good oral health.
